Neo Holding is supporting the development of Kadi Eco Tower, a large-scale residential project by Kadi One located in Juffair, within the Capital Governorate of Bahrain.

Construction of the project commenced on Q4 2023, with completion expected by Q2 2026, reflecting a structured development timeline aligned with Bahrain’s growing real estate sector.

The development represents a significant addition to Bahrain’s residential landscape, comprising approximately 384 residential units and a total built-up area of around 55,000 square meters . The tower is also expected to rise to around 50 floors, positioning it among the prominent high-rise residential developments in Juffair.

As part of this development, Neo Holding is supplying ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, and cement, ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery throughout the construction phase.
